In detail
Maintenance by the book — without surprises
Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems (RWA, "Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen") are safety-critical equipment. Owners and operators are legally required to have them serviced and inspected each year by a qualified company.
We carry out annual maintenance on your systems regardless of the original manufacturer. This includes visual inspection, function test, trial run and servicing of moving parts. Wear items are replaced directly on site where stock allows.
