Installation of new smoke vent systems and replacement of systems beyond economical repair — from planning to handover.

- Commissioning, function test and handover with maintenance package
- Tidy site, scheduled appointments, documented handover
In detail
New build, renovation or replacement
We install smoke vent systems in new buildings, renovate existing installations and replace components that have reached end of life.
On larger projects we work closely with the architect, the specialist planner and — where required — the fire protection consultant. Our standard: a system that doesn't only function on handover day, but can still be serviced economically ten years later.

- D+H Mechatronic — drives, control panels, smoke detectors
- STG-Beikirch — smoke vent controls, ventilation push-buttons
- Mingardi — linear drives for skylights and roof windows

Handover & follow-up maintenance
After installation you receive complete handover documentation including wiring diagrams, operating instructions and maintenance schedule. On request we take over the follow-up maintenance directly.
