Skylights & continuous rooflights
Installation, maintenance and repair of skylights, continuous rooflights and roof glazing — including as combined smoke vent devices.
- Installation and replacement of skylights (PMMA, PC, insulated)
- Roof covering, upstands, seals, drives
- Continuous rooflights with thermally and daylight-optimised glazing
- Combined daylight and smoke vent function
In detail
Daylight and smoke vent in one system
Skylights and continuous rooflights do two things at once: they bring daylight into halls and stairwells, and in a fire they open the path for smoke and heat.
We install new daylighting, replace damaged skylights and rooflights, renew seals and upstands and bring installations back to a tight, energy-efficient state.
What we cover
- Single skylights in PMMA or polycarbonate, clear or opal
- Double- and triple-glazed units
- Continuous rooflights with upstand and ventilation/smoke vent function
- Mechanical and electric drives including controls
Energy & building physics
Where it makes building-physics sense we also advise on improving insulation — old skylights often lose more energy than an unrenovated roof.
