In detail
When the system goes down
A faulty smoke vent system is more than a technical problem — it's a liability. We analyse the fault on site, document the finding and bring the installation back to a compliant state.
Even older systems whose manufacturers no longer exist can in many cases be kept running with compatible spare parts. Where that is no longer economical, we recommend targeted replacement of individual components, not blanket replacement on suspicion.
Typical repair scenarios
- Pneumatic and electric drives no longer functioning
- Defective release groups, manual push-buttons, smoke detectors
- Damaged skylights, leaking smoke vent flaps
- Control panels without power or with persistent fault state
24-hour hotline
For safety-critical failures (e.g. a vent that won't open in stairwells or industrial halls) we are on site within 24 hours on weekdays.
