This website is hosted on Vercel. The provider is Vercel Inc. Vercel processes technical data where required to deliver, secure, troubleshoot and operate the website. Vercel provides further information in its own privacy notice: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice

3. Contact form and email contact

When you use the contact form, the data you enter is processed to handle your enquiry. This may include name, company, email address or phone number, location, building type, issue, system information and your message. Contact enquiries are stored in Supabase for handling and follow-up. If email notifications are enabled, Resend may be used to send a notification to MHANNA. The data is not sold for advertising and is deleted once it is no longer required to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies and analytics

Vercel Web Analytics is used to evaluate website usage. The analysis helps understand visitor numbers, page views, technical usage and overall website performance in aggregated form. According to Vercel, Vercel Web Analytics works without third-party cookies. Data that may be collected includes the time of the page view, requested URL or route, referrer, coarse location information such as country/region, browser, operating system and device type. Vercel describes the analysis as aggregated and not intended to identify individual visitors across websites. The current code does not set a cookie notice for marketing or analytics cookies. If cookie-based analytics, consent management, maps, videos or external media are added later, that processing must be described here and a suitable cookie/consent structure must be enabled.

5. Locally delivered fonts and media

The fonts and images currently configured in the code are delivered locally through this website unless later third-party embeds are added.

6. Data subject rights

Data subjects have rights under the GDPR to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, that consent can be withdrawn with effect for the future. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
