In detail
Fire protection that holds when it matters
Structural fire protection is invisible — until it's needed. We inspect, service and complete the measures that keep smoke and fire contained where they started.
The focus areas: sealing of service and ventilation penetrations, servicing of fire dampers, function testing of hold-open devices on fire doors — and clean documentation for the annual fire inspection.
Where we typically work
- Residential: sealing of service shafts
- Commercial & industrial: fire dampers in ventilation systems
- Underground car parks: CO warning systems combined with smoke vents
- Care homes and special facilities: hold-open devices on partition walls
Working with specialist planners
On larger projects we work to the fire protection concept of the responsible specialist planner. We don't produce fire protection assessments — we put them into practice.
